So I just got the Birthday Suit Cookies achievement. I'd been collecting multiples of the cookies for a long time and completely forgot to eat them so I could get the achievement.
Upon earning the achievement, it's telling me I unlocked the Anniversary Sprinkles Avatar Border, but I cannot find where to access that for the life of me. I found out its a Cosmetic, but I can't find where to access those
