Ok..Tempest summons me and asks for an item so I had to go get the item but now I do not know where to find her to give her the item she wanted. Where is she? How do I find her?

Tempest doesn't ask for an item. She gives you an item c: You don't need to find her a second time (but this is the link just for reference)
