I was looking on my dashboard and saw that it was activated on Nov 15, 2023 - 10:04 PM. I don't know how though. I don't recall using any Gold Account Medal or Loyalty Box. Is there any way to figure out how I got it? Mostly just curious

Someone may have given you a buddy gold account. Those can accumulate for people have subscriptions to the site.
