Hello, all! I'm a returning player to Subeta, who's been playing since around 2009 or so. I've been away for so long, I don't really remember a lot of the old goals I was working towards - and I have been fortunate enough to have already achieved a lot of my dreams over the past few years. So I thought it could be fun to start giving back to the community instead!

I was browsing the Adoption Center, and I admit, it makes me a little sad to see it always empty. While in real life, that would be awesome of course - but on petsites, I always remember how exciting it was to find cool named pets and rare colors in the "wild" so to speak. So I want to give others the chance to have that opportunity to add a new friend to their pet family.

My goal is to try zap & release at least one new pet a day - possibly more, if I am incredibly lucky. I'll be posting the pets as I zap & release down below. So let me know if anyone else would like to join in on the fun! Maybe I could even set up a little prize shop, where users could save up "points" by donating rare-colored pets and experiments, to earn special prizes (if that sort of thing would be allowed here).

In the meantime, wish me luck! I'll be keeping logs of the pets and their zappings down below.

Just added two more to the pound! I'm making a book pet to zap & release just for fun, since I have a lot of extra books right now.

Sounds fun! Will you read a lot of books to it?

Yup, that's the plan! Their name is bookish. :) I'll probably try to give them a decent start, like 100-200 books or so.

i too used to love doing this, years ago. ever since pet names don't need to be unique anymore there's never really anything in the pound! so i stopped looking. but just now there was a pet there and i'm zapping again, haha. of course the very first zap immediately tried to get one of my items! >_<

[edit] it took like 5 zaps (4 of which tried to get an item HMMM) but Ssscribles is done

I, too, liked to browse the pound for cool pet names and colors. Call it a habit from being on Neo, lol.

I STILL prefer adopting pets instead of creating them whenever I get an open pet slot. Good luck zapping!

so fun! i've been trying to do the same at my own pace, since i only have one pet slot to use for it and might tap out when i get the experiment i want - but i just abandoned this fella!

took maybe 5-6 zaps i think?
