Which is the best vending machine to go with?
it depends what you are looking for. There is a guide at SubetaLodge, vending.
My personal favorite is Ocean's Depths on the Omen Islands. It goes to the highest rarity and I generally use it when there are new items, or limited shop opening (like Freyalise).
