i like to know how often i can get Forum Tickets... i have 3 so far and i see i can use them in a shop...

You get them randomly when you make a forum post. You can also get them from the Bathhouse.

They're random so if you post a lot you'll probably see them quicker than if you don't. Could participate in the number of easy forum posting games in the User Run Games forum to rack up posts. Alternatively sometimes other users "sell" their tickets so a post in the Wanted forum with what you're looking for may benefit you.
