does the Apocalyptic Apothecary stock the same things all the time i never seem to catch rare stuff there

rarer items have a lower likelihood of being included in any given restock, and when they do appear, they will be the first to get snapped up by restockers who are familiar with the shop and what to keep an eye out for. it takes time, practice, patience, and lots of luck to restock the rarer/more valuable items in pretty much any shop.

personally i don't bother... i make enough from just doing quests, selling quest rewards, and buying up the full stock of any items quests ask for that i notice are selling for a decent bit more in user shops—small amounts at a time (often profits of 3-20k per item), but it adds up. i may never be making the massive profits that proper restockers do, but the investment of time and effort is just not worth it for me when 1) i have a life and 2) i'm already sitting on 200mil sP :P

Because many of the items have higher rarity, they don't restock as often. When they do, they will usually be snagged somewhat quickly (not always though!) I mostly go there for the dark potions and pylonics. I suggest refreshing at the beginning of the minute when it's supposed to restock and hope you see something nice! Good luck!
