Cant collect Longtime Member achievement rewards?

This has likely been asked before but I only log in a few times a year nowadays. I've been a member for over 13 years but I was only ever given the first 5 Loyalty Boxes and the achievement hasnt updated since then... Does this mean the only way to progress the achievement is to log in specifically on my anniversary date? :(

You should get all your past loyalty boxes on the User Dashboard page. If you go to that page and don't get them, I would file a ticket and see if they can help. You don't have to check the page on your exact anniversary date to get the box

I see this is already resolved, but for future reference, stickied to the top of the Achievements forum is a thread which has all the achievement triggering information [topic not found]
Any further achievement triggering questions can be addressed in that thread, thank you!
