Hey so I dropped off of Subeta for a lonnggg long time and most of my safety deposit appears to have been emptied and most of my pets names now have underscores and numbers? I don't know what of this is due to how long I've been gone and what of this is error, so apologies if this is in the wrong place to ask about this. Is there anything I can do to restore things?

EDIT: Looks like my gallery and shop have been totally emtpied too??

Pet names are no longer unique, but in the past if you were inactive for over a year, your pet names would clear to be able to be taken by other users. If you just want to set your pets' names back to what they were without the underscores, you can rename (I think) one pet name per week on the Pets page via the dropdown next to the pet whose name you want to change.

We moved to a new shop and gallery system in about 2014. I would try filing a ticket about your items - I'm honestly not sure what happened with that, if old system shops were eventually cleared or if the method to transfer items is just no longer accessible to users. Nothing was changed with the vault though, so you shouldn't be missing items from there. I'd also mention that in the ticket in case they can look into it at all

Ugh, this is a total bummer. The names with underscores are because your pet names became available to other users after you had not logged in after a certain number of months (I want to say 8 to 12 months without a login, it happened to me too!) So someone else got your pet's name and you were given the underscore/numbers names.

I don't know what happened to your safety deposit box, but I know they eliminated 'legacy shops/galleries'. Here is an announcement about that. I hope you are able to find your items! I'm sorry you lost so many cool pet names, especially since they later introduced "legacy" pets and made it so pet names were no longer unique!

Veeeery late to the game - I believe, that items from the old shops were automatically moved to vault after the deadline to to do this (or empty the shops in any other way) ourselves. Shop till should also have been moved to on hand or vault.

I hope that meanwhile you were able to retrieve it all. If not, you should file a ticket.

The pet name thing is a shame, obviously you had some popular names, which people grabbed after the account cooldown time. You can, as mentioned before, revert to names without numbers, but I would guess, sadly the legacy name would still be the one with the numbers, since the status was claimed with the name change.
