Back in the day I recall only 10 unique users could be pinged to a thread using the @Adventurer. Is this still the accepted protocol, or can we ping more usernames without issue? If I @ 15 users, will all 15 receive a notification, or just the first 10?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure this is still a thing. Haven't tested it in a while, but I don't recall any recent news/announcements about it.

Yeah, I was curious because I recently made a post with more than ten users pinged, and forgot to put spaces in between the @ and the username for those after 10. All the usernames were linked as though the pings went through, when the post was made. But I'm not sure if the pings ACTUALLY worked, ahaa. Thanks for the input.
perhaps, if you feel comfortable, comment someone later in the list and ask them if they got the ping?
I agree the linking makes it suspect, however there have been "forum stuff bugs" - for example when you like an avatar, the heart goes pink. But if you reload the thread, or go back later, the heart has gone back to grey. It also sometimes does weird stuff when you edit a post with a ping in it - sometimes it shows a link when it shouldn't, or vice versa. I'm inclined to think that it has linked in error rather than sent more than 10 pings - but who knows for sure!
