It's a cache thing. Go into your wardrobe and the right one will probably show up.

I've just gone to try the human zapper for guaranteed new skin and it says I can only use it once per day. I zapped yesterday...is it a 24 hour timer or is this a bug anyone else has had?

I'm pretty sure it's every 24 hours. Mine has a wait too and I'm pretty sure there's been confusion about the timer in the past

It is 24 hours, happened to me too.

I just had this happen, but when I went to my wardrobe to change it, the correct preview showed. If you sort the skins by Earned and newest to site, you should see if you have one or two of the new ones (provided you have all of the previous years' skins - otherwise you'll have to go through each page, but you can see all of the names and overlays here on SubetaLodge.

Mine showed on site previews as the new poured one which I got yesterday, but in the wardrobe itself it looked like the corn husk and when I checked the earned skins sorted by newest to site it showed I'd actually earned corn husk.

Definitely submit a ticket then if it's not working when you check those ways.
