So, I hit 15 years and 1 day of being on the site and the reward didn't pop up like it usually does. I went to the dashboard to see if that would trigger it, but it didn't. It also didn't work when I tried to go through "Achievements" and claiming any that may have been unclaimed. I logged out and logged back in...am I missing something?

its tied to the exact day and time you joined

so even if it says # and 5 days it wont hit til the time as well

though looking at yer profile i see it says oct 12th, so id file a ticket

It should trigger on the User Dashboard page. If it doesn't, then I would try filing a ticket to see if there's something they can do.

It's true that it doesn't roll over until the exact date and time you joined, but that's because the "x years" counter doesn't roll over until that time. So once it says 15 years, you should be able to get the achievement
