So, I just passed my 14 years, 11 months, 4 weeks, 1 day of being on the site and the reward didn't pop up like it usually does. I went to the dashboard to see if that would trigger it, but it didn't. It also didn't work when I tried to go through "Achievements" and claiming any that may have been unclaimed. Am I missing something?

Sadly the timer is very specific. You need to wait for it to actually say 15 Years before it can trigger.
