I don't post in the forums often so take pity on me!

I got the 2010 October collection bag to get the coin of the dog item. However, when I open the bag, the item isn't there at all. I checked several times to see if I just got the wrong bag and as far as I'm aware, I didn't. I had my sister check, too, and our only idea is subetalodge either listed it incorrectly or it's a bug of some kind. She's been on here a lot longer than me and she is also stumped on why it's not there.

My computer is fully up to date and I restarted it to be sure, but it hasn't changed anything.

I'd write a t ticket in to staff and have them help.

tbh Im not sure whats going on, its been eons since I got mine for my Asian gallery, but to the best of my knowledge it was there..only thing I can think of other it being bugged is that they intend on moving them to one of the shengui quo shops

I think I'll go ahead and bump this back up (if that's okay). It still hasn't been fixed and I don't know if it's just in a super long line but yeah, it's still not there.

Did you file a ticket?

I mentioned this in a ticket ages ago and got this response

I spoke to the item admin and they said they will fix the collection when they can. Please let me know if you have any further questions, in regards to this ticket.

Yeah that was the last update I've heard. I wasn't sure if 6+ months is considered a normal length of time to wait. I'm totally fine with waiting though. Must just be a looooonnng list of stuff to deal with.

In a few days it’ll be a year since I posted this. Never got fixed.

I just went and bought the coin on its own. I’ll probably end up selling the bag and wasting that CSC on nothing. But yep.

it is kinda odd this was never fixed.. sorry to ping, but any idea why?

Anything with items (not CWs), safe to ping me! For the item - the coin isn't in the range of items for the collection, like example for the item range it's 1-9 and the coin is 13. So it was just ... floating and not in the range.

interesting, did that change? cuz Im almost positive that was how I got the coin for my gallery eons ago. good to know.
