hey hi hello everyone! i thought i would take the time to reintroduce myself, since i've never really found myself too active on the forum side of this website.

my name is Fae (all pronouns), i'm 27 years old, and i'm from Canada. in my previous introduction post, i said i was "new to subeta", but truthfully i created my first account here in the 2010's seeking refuge from neopets - i was so young and had no better idea what i was doing here than what i was doing on Neopets, so i gave up as soon as i started and ultimately forgot my username/password/etc but came back here (and attempted to return to both neopets and gaiaonline) in 2019 while i was very pregnant and very sick and very bored.

anyway here's a bit about yours truly...

i still enjoy a lot of the same things i listed in my original introduction post; i love to watch shows like Adventure Time, and Bravest Warriors, and i've recently returned to the animator of my childhood, Matt Groening, with the reboot of Futurama. i've moved away from most fiction - although i did re-read and finally finish the Fever series by Karen Marie Moening this last winter - and now find myself indulging primarily in poetry by the likes of Andrea/Andrew Gibson and Trev Cimenski. i still love to play video games, though i mostly stick to Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Stardew Valley on the Nintendo Switch theses days. i have the one pet i'm allowed to have in my new apartment, a cute kitten named Lord Nibbler; and at my parents house lives my toddlers betta fish, whos name changes on a near-daily basis. i continue to listen to almost any and every genre of music, lately leaning more into indie produced gems of all genres.

i don't really go to shows or do a lot of fun stuff anymore, i'm a stay at home parent and i'm regularly burnt all the way out, barely able to enjoy any of the hobbies and interests listed above, but i'm looking forward to a fun stuff outing to see my all time favourite psytrance artists, Infected Mushroom, around Halloween!

thank you! i got into Gaiaonline for the avatar customization over everything else, honestly, but since coming back to Subeta i've been enjoying enough of that here along with the never-ending things to do (: i haven't been much of a forum-rat since i was in elementary and junior high, when i still had time to roleplay on the Nutrinopets forum :P
