My problem is I didn't get the sprinkle border, even though I fed my gourmand">https://subeta.net/pet/foods.php?petid=1018965]gourmand pet the 6 birthday suit cookies. I logged out and in again, used shift + F5 on the pet page, but it didn't work.

You have to go to the achievement page find the Birthday Suit Cookie achievement and click "Show Required Items"
