Is there really no other way to get them besides the carnival games? I hate waiting every 12 minutes but I'm just wondering.

-Winks to my knowledge yes its the only way to get em relatively quick, you can sometimes get 1 i think randomly doing bathhouse pools, but only non-timed way would be seeing if users are 'selling(buying the item you want basically)
