If I get the event about bumbii passing and a small note does that mean I get into the blue building?

off the top of my head, no.. I believe you have to have access already even with that random event

I've completed everything and mass refreshed and still can't get in

can you post what the main page shows? you ght not have the password, if you have everything listed as (completed) id file a ticket

The Bumbus random event gives you a quest with Queen Bea to transform a pet into a Bumbus, but you have to already have access to the building to use it. If you're missing the password, that pops up as a random event on the main Blue Building page so you just have to refresh there until you get it.

If everything is marked (COMPLETED) after the requirements, you should have a blue "You can enter the Blue Building!" button on that page
