My Recycle Items to give says the following up top

"Here are all of the items that I am currently accepting. For every one item you give me, I will give you one recycling point! I last changed the items I'm accepting on 01/30 @ 1:16 am."

Is that date and time supposed to change when there is an actual restock?

There was an attempt of making so the RB updated twice a day at random times, instead of only once a day at midnight (now 7/8 PM) but unfortunately the code kept breaking so the idea was silently abandoned(?) but they never removed that message.

TL;DR: you can dismiss the message and update time in it, the items in the RB will always and only update once a day at 7 or 8 PM Subeta time.
