does anyone know how frequently the CW pawn shop opens?

Whenever staff decides. I think it's opened about 2 times this year already. Maybe one more in December.

I think it's typically more like once a year. It was opened twice this year due to a bug that was found the first time around (so they reopened it once that was fixed). But there aren't any set dates or a concrete timeline at all
