Hello,

I am a returning player after not being active after many years. Last night I took it upon myself to completely rearrange things on the site to my liking, such as renaming my shops and organizing my vault. One of the things that I did was change my username from whatever nonsense I made over a decade ago, to something that resonates more with me now.

When trying to log in today, I was having trouble, and it turns out I misspelled my chosen username. No problem, I have a few more of those Loyalty Boxes I can open. So I opened another Loyalty Box, got another Loyalty Username Totem, and tried to use it, but it told me I have to wait a month to change my username again. This is okay, I can wait another month to add a letter to my username, no problem.

My concern is, despite not getting to change my username the second time, it still consumed the second Loyalty Username Totem. My question is, is this just a deserved consequence of my ignorance, or is there a way I can get that back since it wasn't actually used?

EDIT: ignore the signature, made it when I was younger, still figuring out how to remove/edit that too lol.

for changing your signature: personal > dashboard > forums > update signature

as for the loyalty username totem, i would probably file a ticket
