does Drills ever give quests where the objective is to complete a task from another quest giver?

my memory is fuzzy, but i thought i remembered getting a quest from him like this before...? i've been doing his quests first just in case, because i don't want to run out and forfeit. i haven't gotten any like this for a while though, and i'm starting to suspect i've just misremembered. i think i'd prefer doing quests in a different order if i can lol.

Are you asking if he will ask you to do a Maleria quest, for example? No, he doesn't, that is only Shinwa.

the only limited thing Drills asks for is vending. So if you vend regularly, do Drills first.

Most, if not all the games, you can play beyond the daily limit of 10 games, you won't get a prize for it, but it will still count for Drills. But if you want to be absolute sure, these are the games I'm not positive you can play unlimited: 2048 -- Pete Says -- Saheric Slide -- Spectrail -- Subeku

Everything else is unlimited. You may need to wait - for example you can only buy a scratchcard every 5 minutes, carnival games have a 12 minute reset and so on. But they will reset within the Drills quest timer of 60 minutes.
