Hi -waves- Once an account is "inactive", does that mean you can create their legacy names, or are they stuck with their original owners? TIA :)

It won't be a "legacy" name anymore, so there's no reason to wait. Names cans be duplicated for pets now.

Correct. You can create the name, but it won't have the legacy designation unless it's an original legacy pet who's been transferred.
