Tier 3 The first thing that stands out to me is that freeze bomb blasting seems very powerful, when backed up by powerful cheap scrolls like Morosbane Scroll. The other thing that Jumps out to me is that Elegant Gunblade seems like a very powerful weapon as well, dealing 32 icons + a mod slot so 37-38 icons, all of a single type.

A very simple setup for a newer player to follow would be: With Dark Marquise mods on the stars.

Thats almost certainly not optimal though, since Elegant Gunblade when fully charged up actually hits for slightly more, but also opens you up to more defense. It also ignores the easy option of including a freezer. The level 2 version of the set would probably be:

The flaw here being that you actually have an extra 3 Dark battle stars that you can still use that you wouldn't have scroll coverage for, so it might not be a bad idea to sub out the 4th Morosbane Scroll for multi use scroll. The other option would be to plan to use Negating and Glaciating pylonics, which would give you cover to use another 2/3 of the left over DBS.

This is a set that would probably give you the max bomb damage output option, while preserving 2 constants, and the option to use pylonics:

The optimal turn structure would probably be: 1 - EG + IFRoD + Morosbane 2 - EG + DBS + LoSS + Glaciating Pylonic (freeze turn) 3 - EG + DBS + LoSS (freeze turn) 4 - EG + DBS + Morosbane 5 - EG + DBS + Morosbane 6 - EG + DBS + LOSS + Negating Pyloric 7+ - EG + TJP + LOSS

Although, if you do get into a battle thing long, and can tank the damage from he opponent still, you could also try to use the Morosbane scrolls as healers.

The other option for T3 would be something like this: [Item=Sparkling Quill] Mod everything with Physical Marquise Crystals. I have it set up here so you can default to the healer, but defaulting to the noble rapier might actually be better. The Noble Rapier could also be swapped out for any of several other 2 mod slot weapons. I just liked the ability to stack minimum numbers of icons. Shinwas Quill is a great upgrade for the Juicer Pro.

A bit more expensive version right now that could get way too expensive: [Item=Sparkling Quill] Mod Fire Marquise mods. Lambent Guardian Crystal probably slots in here as well.
