You can buy pet slots for sP from the Millionaire center or with csc from your pet page https://subeta.net/pets.php?act=buy_slots. Plus, every year you are on Subeta you earn a loyalty totem which can be redeemed for a pet slot, among other things.
Also, site events like Quest-a-thons can earn pet slots.
