Hi everyone! Im Nici and completely new to subeta. I was playing neopets when i was a kid and was looking for a more mature alternative. Subeta surely reminds me a lot oft it! But im still pretty lost here :D

Hi ! :) I enjoyed working on my neopets the most too. Leveling them up, reading them every book i can, dressing them up etc. :) Also i love to collect things! Escpecially cute things :3

Welcome to the site! I am also new but happy to answer any questions as I've been helped by others and looked up a lot on my own. As stated by pumpkins, quests are the best way to make money but there is a daily limit on them. You can also employ your pet at the job agency and get some sP daily that way, albeit it isn't much at the start until they get better stats.

I love that you already have a theme going with your pet squirrel and added acorns to their treasure haha.

Haha, there might be more acorn themed items but even if you had 300 of the same acorns I think it would make for a funny pet spotlight. You could theme it around Ratatoskr which is the Norse messenger for Yggdrasil (the world tree).

I've found Subeta great for collecting, since over here items are never retired permanently, some retirements are seasonal, but there are other ways that items are re-released.

I found that very refreshing coming from Neo where I felt like rich accounts bought up all the retiring things and set them at whatever price they want.

This way whilst some collectibles are expensive, they're pretty much never impossible to acquire :D
