Hi! I created my account yesterday so I figured I should probably get around to posting.

I found my way here from a thread on another site talking about web games, and wow, this is really scratching that neopets/gaia nostalgia itch.

I'm having a lot of fun restocking and questing and finding ways to be a little profit goblin. I love getting a random reward from a quest and discovering it's super valuable! I tried the little gachapon token vending machine but I've only got junk from it, not sure if it's worth it or not to keep playing.

Oh, also, the art on this site is fabulous!

One way vending is good is for stocking your shop up with items to sell. Since there is a chance someone might need the item for a quest it's a nice way to make some sP. :)

I've been playing for a while, but I had a several year hiatus before recently returning.

I typically do all the quests I can do and whatever items I get from the quests or the vending machines, I sell in my shop, unless it's something I can add to my collections :3.

Thank you!! Ive been putting most things in my shop so far, gotta decide which collection I want to focus on first. Is it still possible as a newbie to complete any of them, or do they rely on retired items that basically never go up for sale any more?

I would say yes you could. There are retired items around, but usually you can buy them somewhere for sP, maybe a lot of sP, there's also trades, or honestly get them in a random event. I've gotten a few items from just random events around the site, but yeah at least from what I've seen so far after being back, I think it would be possible to complete.

From what I've seen since I've been back, yes, I can't guarantee the pop-up items are retired items though. I have received some super rare items from the pop-ups though. I also was looking through my vault and saw some of the items I had there were retired, but still showing up in shops so, I think there is hope! xD

Yaassss! That's literally what I do most on here and if I'm having a creative burst I'll add onto one of my pets stories. Right now I have only been able to give Dallas a little short background story. I'm hoping to really go in depth with it because I've really fallen in love with his whole concept! Also, not going to lie, I was creeping on your page and I started following you on YouTube ! xD.

I'm not spending enough time on my pets. My main pet goal right now is to eventually get Birch a job in the SAI.

Thanks for the links, those look really useful! I'm really enjoying it, having fun coming up with plans for pets and shiny things to save for :D
