hey there!! basically, take the ID of your pet and go here: https://subeta.net/pet_friends.php?petid=[petIDnumber] it'll be where you can add friends!! you have to know the owner's account name if you want to add friends and it's not your pet, and generally you'd want permission to add the other pet ehe.
