Can a blocked person see/buy from your cw shop?

im about 90% positive blocking doesnt stop shop or cwshop purchases, but i could be wrong

Hmmm. So if I send a shop notification will the blocked person not receive it at all even if they follow my shop?

tbh im not sure, ive legit never messed with blocking and am also fairly new to the whole cw shop scene sorry

I'm pretty sure blocking only protects you from having to see anything they post, and keeps them from interacting with you directly. It shouldn't affect their ability to play in any other way. So I think they'd be able to see group notifications like CW shop pings.., you just would not see their posts asking for slots or purchase passwords.

This almost says "ticket" just to be safe, because I still say this is something like an interaction with a blocked user and as we all know, that's usually frowned upon.

You can test it with someone if you'd like, just to be sure :) I can help.

I found an old thread about the blocking which I forgot about but it seems that after cws got revamped, the blocking was turned off. Seems there isn’t a real resolution for it atm. Which I feel should be because like you said, it’s still an interaction.

@ Eivor if that were the case, a user you've blocked following your cw shop would be the one on the wrong end of the interaction, so if that's an issue it just shouldn't be possible for them to do so. but yeah if in doubt file a ticket.

I can confirm that you can see the shop of a user who's blocked you.

I didn't want to test buying an item (costs more than I want to spend on an experiment just in case it goes through lol) but I did try with a password-protected item and the only snag I hit was when it told me the password was incorrect

yeah i have seen a user who has blocked me wearing some of my CWs and they are in my follow group, its a bit of a weird oversight

i never got a notification!!! lol i guess since I was blocked nothing happened xD

[edit] I see the shop and everything from description. But I don't see any items in the shop? Shop View No shop notification either, if you sent one out.
