The count for the Rift Transformer achievement is not working. I’ve been at four and was starting to wonder that something was wrong and then i had an item transformed tonight and the count still hasn’t changed.

do you remember what item you threw in and what you got? unless something's changed in the past few years, the rift transformer achievement is fairly specific about what counts towards it Achievement not tracking - Rift Transformer
