I would love if there was a little icon ( either in the birthday, minion, hunger/happiness/likes box) that showed that pet was a spotlight winner. I have quite a few pets (60) and many are in various stages of progress. Some won years and years ago that I forget. Bonus points if there was another icon for nominated so I know who I already determined as finished and don't accidentally make changes to while they wait in the queue to win.
