My friend changed his passcode and now he can't log in. He tried to get link sent but hasn't gotten anything. Does he need to make a ticket? If so how?

This happened to my friend. The password reset link did not work. They had to email .net">support.net to get it reset.

Have your friend email support[at]subeta.net and make sure that they've whitelisted the support email! Whitelisting will help make sure that any replies from staff don't end up caught in a spam filter.
