I've just been loving the new official body mod items & all of the CW body mods as well. It's so much fun to create interesting and dynamic poses!! I just keep thinking about how blown away 2009 me would be if she could see my HA today.

I adore the new Delish set & the skates but what are some of your favorite body mod items? Are there any cool layering tricks that you've found to work in unexpected ways?

Using the [item=Sweet Little Purse (Base 5)] to make it look like the HA is actually playing the arcade game. Using the jeans to cover up the purse, using the plant to "hide" the long sleeved shirt. by Lypsyl

Didn't have to cover anything here, just love the dynamic way the HA looks like she's skipping down the stairs. by Lypsyl

My Popeye cosplay, using the [item=Vevi Kit Cropped Tee (Base 5)] to make the "strongman" arms (which was inspired by another user). Finding just the right tattoo to fit the arm mod to simulate the anchor tattoo. Using 2 shirts and a scarf to cover the pink top. by Lypsyl

Trying out my first body mod HA with the new delish set. I like being able to use backgrounds but I am finding it difficult to camouflage the missing legs.

I’ve discovered low ground items like in combination with (for more height behind) can cover it well and found that most held bags can cover the remaining whiteout marks

still messing a bit with it but overall fun and challenging to try and figure out

[e] - do you not use the whiteout options for these? I am curious how you managed to keep the base face but not use the arms/ legs (Sorry …. Never used body mods before so not sure if im missing something)

There is a tab in the wardrobe called "base" where you can turn your limbs on and off: These are the different options you can use (plus the equivalent right side options) Lower Left Arm Left Leg Left Shoulder Left Foot Left Toes

I have used the whiteout items for different effects and when using "skins" which don't work with the limb removal.

Also useful when using body mods: - they come in a variety of colors. A lot of "bottom" items have a cutout for the HA's thumb and these help cover the gap when you replace limbs.

[item=Single Sheer Glove (Base 4)] and [item=Discarded Sheer Glove (Base 5)] can also be helpful when you want to layer stuff. Private Outfit

Older backgrounds have an HA shaped cutout, so if you want to use some of them and shut off limbs, you then may need to use some of the workarounds you've already discovered (like the foreground/ground items you mentioned). [edit] This is a good example of camouflaging the HA cutout. If you open it in your wardrobe then hide the , you'll see the effect. by Lypsyl

- ah! You’re a life saver …. I knew there had to be an easier way. And I’ve definitely seen the options under the base tab but for some reason my brain skimmed over them. I’m excited to go test out new outfits now, thank you!

- I'm diggin the new Delish Bloom mods, I'm wearing the HA where I just threw on all the arms I had haha, lovin' it~

Also this eye-palm mod is pretty killer: night-themeby Protected And who doesn't love a gun? xD fall-themeby Protected I've got an example of how the [item=Single Sheer Glove (Base 1)] could help out! Example WITH GLOVE: summer-themeby Protected Example WITHOUT GLOVE: ex: no gloveby Protected Yes, I could put the leg mods under the base and turn the base legs off, but if I'm using a fullbody blush or freckle powder, it would show over the pants, so that's just a hack I've found to work nicely~

This series of items is one of my favourites for legs:

[Item=Dashing admiral rakish portrait]

And then for arm poses I use a lot:

[Item= lyrical anyu peek-a-bear top] [Item= sternly disputed contract] (in all colours)

Then just scrolling through my wardrobe there are so many good arm poses! There are too many for me to list, so I made this "outfit" containing all of the posed items I own so you can flick through them.

Outfit Not Found

That's just human parts, but I can make one for posed animal parts if anyone is interested :D
