Hey hey! I have a few questions about the minion zoo. I just want to preface this post by saying that I am quite aware that Keith as well as the Subeta staff are very busy, and I understand that there are certain features that have not been able to be fully implemented the way they would like them to be.

All that said, I was wondering if there was currently any real point to the minion zoo beyond collecting. It seems to have the groundwork laid out for a really cool little combat system, (that I actually kind of like better than the classic pet battling system.) Does anyone know if this feature is something we may see more of in the future?

I personally like collecting whatever minions I come across, so I also was wondering if perhaps there were any plans in the works for Minion Zoo based achievements. There doesn't seem to be any achievements of the sort currently, and it seems like a bit of a shame to have an entire feature completely unused. Like I said, I totally understand that working on these features may not be feasible at the present moment, especially with the decline in users in recent years. I was just curious to see if anyone else has any idea whats going on with this, or if the devs have said anything about it already. ^^

staff haven't said so in so many words, but I strongly suspect that the minion zoo battling idea is completely defunct and they won't be moving forward with it. Not now, and not in the future.

Achievements are always possible though. Not quite sure how they would implement it, I guess they could go the route of groups/categories of minions. Just the total number of minions wouldn't be much of a challenge since you can have duplicates, toss in 1000 dandybunnies, then take them out and frag 'em all once you get the achievement.

Staff really hasn't talked a lot about this feature. I think it was implemented in the first place only because a lot of us wanted a place to store our minions. Ideas for it were never really fleshed out.

Makes sense, it is a bit of a letdown, but I get why it would be left unused. I do hope we get some sort of incentive for collecting minions in the future though c:
