Is there a way to find a user shop just by its name? I have neither the shop ID nor do I know the owner.

I bought an time that clearly was priced wrongly and I want to return it. But I didn't open the shop first, I just bought it from the shop search. Now I have no clue how to find the owner of the shop.

Can anyone help with this?

In the past, I've sometimes had luck with google searching, but it seems pretty hit or miss now. I was able to find my own shop by name, but only because it's showing on my profile. Clicking on it without being logged in hits you with a login screen, which is probably why search engines aren't able to find it anywhere else. You could try searching site:subeta.net with the shop name in quotes and see if anything comes up though

unfortunately, there is no way to do this. Shop names are not unique, so even if someone were to recognize the shop name in question, it might not be the right shop.

You could try to keep an eye on the bragging and complaining forum for someone posting about underselling an item. Or maybe make a post there yourself. There's really not much else you could do.

You might be able to see if Staff can tell you by filing a ticket. I am not sure if they can, because I am not sure how detailed the user logs are. But I do know they can see them.

This has happened to me several times. I usually just lock the item in my inventory and hope the shop owner contacts me. Nobody but them would know that I bought a specific mispriced item.
