Hello! I am on the latest version of windows 10 desktop, using Firefox 113.0.1 (64-bit). If I need to provide more information than this, I will! I think I got everything but I am very sleepy today.

I am currently experiencing an issue where trying to go to the "Base" section of my wardrobe instantly loads a blank white page. This blank page remains even if I use page back/forward to navigate around, as long as I am still in my wardrobe. I can refresh the page on any other tab of the inventory (EG: Skin) to return to using the wardrobe as normal. However, if I try to refresh the page on the Base tab I can see the "loading avatar data" notice for a split second before my page goes white again. This does not happen on any of the other pages/tabs under the wardrobe, I've tested all of them.

my whole wardrobe is a big blank :'D page won't even load. something must have happened. can see previews and etc (around the site) just fine.

Same, nothing on New Subeta wants to load.

Nothing in the wardrobe loads for me either, it's all a blank white page. I'm using Chrome on a Windows 10 laptop.

Edit: I tried it on my phone and it does load on mobile.

- Hopefully pinging you in return is alright! I'm still having the issue, and I've even had a windows update since then. Just to be extra sure, I've tried disabling all of my extensions on Firefox (Even though none of them should be interacting with the page, except darkreader) and the issue has persisted. I may try logging in from a different device, if I can borrow my roommate's laptop. Hopefully it's not an issue with my cantankerous PC again.

I have the same problem when I remove all the items from one particular HA. It also loses both arms and legs. It shows up fine otherwise.

I hope pinging you back is alright! No change. I'm still having the issue. It might be my particular PC being exceptionally temperamental. It's not the first time I've had glitches on websites or in games that no one can replicate.

So I just "rejoined" and my base tab is also a blank load entirely. -- I wonder if it has something to do with older accounts possibly? The entire wardrobe had many conniptions when I came back, my account is like 13 years old or so? But that could just be me having unique problems on top of this blank load

Mine is also blank, so I can't change nothing in my face

So I'm now on a new computer entirely. Using Windows 11 instead. It's still blank for me on Opera GX.
