Hello, I just tried to change mine to the masq rave one and I'm having the same issue, I know I had several borders unlocked and now I have none. I'll keep looking for an update and maybe submit a ticket.

I have the same issue! It came as a bit of a shock, when I'm more awake I'll try to remember which ones I had already and submit a ticket. Hoping it's an easy fix.

When you get an answer, please share with the rest of us.

Apologies- I never got around to replying, it actually seems to have restored everything for me on its own a few days ago without a ticket. If it isn't fixed for you I suggest sending a ticket though, if yours haven't been fixed by now you may have been missed if something was done automatically that should have dealt with it or some such. But to be honest I have no idea, sorry.

All my border options are greyed out and "Locked" including my active border.
Going to try posting here before filing a ticket.

I'm having the exact same issue. Everything locked, including the currently active border.

Same thing just happened to me! Locked out of every avatar border, even the one I currently have on 😅

Guess I'll submit a ticket then.

UPDATE: I didn't submit a ticket, but the problem suddenly resolved itself! It's a Luminaire miracle 😄🎄

Ya might wanna ping people in this thread so they know to check. I only noticed because I was subbed. 😂 I went to the page, my borders are there and it changed to the one I selected. ^^

Sometimes when I go to my avatar border page, some of my boarders are unlocked, but when I refresh they all become locked. This seems to be at random; as sometimes they're all locked and sometimes I can use the ones I've unlocked.

I had had the disappearing borders issue previously, but then it was working again. Now when I go to the new link I get a 500 server error. (thought I'd mention since I didn't know if the error was a recent thing or not..)
