hi, for the past 48 hrs, i keep getting error messages when i try to send gifts through the gift center. 😞

should prob post the content of the error, browser info etc

does the person(s) have gifting off etc

thats important info theyll need

edited to add: gifted a friend through boxes and worked edited again to add: presents thing worked as well

opera, mobile, what i always use, multiple friends whom i gift things on a regular basis

What does the error say when you try to send a gift?

Are you copy/pasting their username or typing it in? I have found that sometimes when I copy/paste a username, it adds a space in after the username, and that results in an error preventing me from sending. Perhaps check if that's happening to you?

“cannot parse response” 🤷🏽‍♀️ i’ve tried reloading, doing it all over (this is happening when i try to leave a comment or a post, but when i re-try with these, thankfully it works), get the same thing no matter how many times i try. thanks! have had that happen, too, but i’ve been carefully typing in the usernames.
