Hello! How often does the Subeautique restock or refresh its inventory?
it varies a fair bit, but I'd say between 20 minutes to an hour. I've never actually timed it and there isn't a restock time like in regular shops, so that's just my sense of how often.

Where would I find a list of when the main shops restock?
most of the main shops restock every 5 minutes. They don't clear out stock, they just add stock. In the shop, under the shop name and before the image of the shopkeeper (if there is one) you will find the text: Restocked X minutes ago.
