Wanting to make a pet hydrus. Is it randomly that Merana's storm appears on the subeta map? Would refreshing the page work to get it to appear?

it is random, but not on a user-to-user basis, if that makes sense? she shows up for everyone at the same time, maybe once or twice a week if that for several hours (at least). idk for sure but there are Probably ping groups you can join that'll ping you when she's on the map :0
