I added two friends this week and the "have friend's achievement" didn't increase. Do I need to do something else? I can't remember.

I accepted their requests and I have visited my friends page multiple times, but nothing yet. If I do a wish list search and "friends only", the items they want don't appear.

Sounds like a huge cache issue. Maybe try cleaning your browser's cache? If that doesn't help I'd try filling a ticket.
