Hi. Is there any way to filter content on the site? I really love the slightly more off-color/edgy vibes of this site, but some of the more unhygenic food items (like poo or bodily-fluid-related dishes) make me very uncomfortable due to my own mental health needs. I'll spare everyone my life's story, I find myself really dreading certain quests or having to break and calm myself while using the site.

A content filter is not at all an expectation of mine for really any sites to have, and I'm not personally offended or anything. However, this site has been around for a very long time and continues to surprise me, so I figured it was worth asking. Thank you!

I use adblock to block item images that bother me. There's at least one option in the link through this thread that will blur out item images instead of hiding them completely: Useful Custom CSS Builder You could probably also use CSS to hide the items instead of adblock but I already have the extension, so.

I feel like there's also a way to use Custom CSS to change certain words across the site, but I don't know off hand how to do it. You could probably ask in the Profiles & Graphics Discussion forum

advanced profanity filter for firefox and same thing for chrome they're the same extension, just for different browsers. both should allow you to edit a filter within the extension to hide words.

ublock origin for chrome and the same for firefox again, both are the same extension and will allow you to block images by simply right clicking on them and clicking "block element". (i also prefer this extension over any other for general ad blocking and safe site browsing experiences.)

i hope this improves your site experience!!

Thank you both so much! I'll check these options out. I already had ublock as well so I'm excited to see it has this extra capability ^^

AdBlock also gives the option to block images, fyi.
