I am trying to adjust prices of items in my CW warehouse before moving them to my CW shop, but if there is 0 "in stock" in the warehouse, I am getting the following error message.

There was an error: CWs in shops cannot have 0 in stock. To make an item temporarily unavailable for purchase, move it to your warehouse!

I have not yet been able to determine if this is just a surface error, meaning the message is there but the changes still go through, or if the changes do not actually go through. It seems to be hit-or-miss when I get the message just as it's hit-or-miss whether or not Subeta V2 loads my changes.
