Hello, I just logged in for the first time (in a very longtime) and my shops / galleries are all missing. It says I have 1 shop but I had 1 shop and 2 galleries. Maybe I should make a ticket but thought I'd post here incase I'm doing something wrong.

All shops/galleries we moved over to a new system and users were given a certain number of years to move the items. A UA may be able to move your items if you file a ticket but I am not sure. Ticket is definitely the way to go.

Oh wow that doesn't sound good for me! Probably lost everything. I will create a ticket just incase. Thank-you for your help
