Hi, I saw on subetalodge that the cleaning kit is "Necessary to move forward in the Help Mattieu find his missing jewelry materials achievement." I was unable to find the achievement this correlates with and would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

This is the achievement, but unfortunately, it's long since retired. I believe it was part of an event and the cleaning kit item was brought back afterwards for people who wanted to use it for galleries/pet treasures and such, since it was consumed during the event itself
