I had the same problem awhile ago I got all the boarders but 3 I can't change my border cuz it's grayed out n locked like I don't have any even the one I'm using it says locked

I've noticed this tends to happen when I refresh on the cosmetics page. So like, the first time I go to the page through the wardrobe it will correctly show all of the borders I have unlocked. However if I refresh the page for any reason, it will show them all as being locked once the page reloads.

A workaround I've found for now is to click back on the Personal tab, go back to the wardrobe page, then click the Personal tab again and go back to the cosmetics page and it should show them as unlocked again.

I'm not sure why, but yeah for whatever reason it locks them up if you refresh the page. At least it does for me when using the Chrome browser, I haven't tried with other browsers but I've seen other people report this issue before.

I don't see a Personal tab I guess I will not be changing my border till I can get off my phone and on a computer that will be once I buy land n move from here

Oh, I see. On desktop it shows those options spread across the top header so they are easily visible, but on mobile you need to tap the two bars on the top left corner to open the menu. From there under the "Personal" section it should show Pets, Wardrobe, and Cosmetics.

If you refresh the page while in the Cosmetics section it does the same thing about graying them all out again. If you tap the menu in the left corner and go back to the wardrobe, then go back to Cosmetics again it should show which ones you actually have again.

When I tap on personal it don't stay open long enough for me to even read them that's why I have to rely on bookmarks on the side
