As for the spectrum one, it may be a unique icon made just for the game. Checking the url for the image gives us the name spectrail_spectrum. All the other icons say the item type and name in their urls, so that makes me think this one is unique.

I don't think the spectrail one is an item - you can look at the URL of all the other icons and they will be at the "/item" path, but spectrail isn't. I searched Subetalodge for spectrum, spectrail and rainbow and couldn't find it.
