Hello! I'm gearing up to turn in a number of items, but I want to make sure I understand the achievement.

"Have Humming Power Crystals in the fragmentizer!"

Does this mean I need to turn in enough items at once to earn 5,000 humming power crystals? I know you get roughly 1.5x the number of items you put in the fragmentizer, but I think I'm going to toss exactly 5,000 in to be safe. I just want to make sure I understand before doing that. Thank you!

You do not have to turn in 5000 items. Actually, if I remember right you don't even need to turn in 1 item, you could buy the crystals. But since its a pain to buy that many crystals its probably easier to just frag lots of items.

Also, the system is pretty buggy, especially if the site is laggy. You probably want to turn in no more than 500 items at a time, and even with that many, you might lose some crystals.

Thank you so much for responding! Now I'm even more confused. I've fragged over 40k items, but the achievement says I've only had 1,578 humming crystals in the fragmentizer. I think I'm completely misunderstanding this achievement.

I currently have 16,201 crystals in my currencies and 25,325 in my vault. Where am I supposed to put these for the achievement? That's why I assumed I needed to frag a whole bunch of items at once to "have" them in the fragmentizer. I wonder if it's broken?

In that case you should have the achievement.

I recommend first remove a few crystals from your vault and turn them in. Once you've turned them in, go to the currency page. Do a forced reload (ctrl+F5, for most browsers, but you can also google "forced reload" + your browser, to make sure how to do this). Then go to the achievement, see what number it says. If its still at the old 1578, force reload that page. Wait about an hour and then check again. If all that doesn't trigger the achievement, submit a ticket stating how many crystals you have in your currencies, what it says on the achievements and the steps you've already taken.

I clicked the first link you provided with "turn them in" without any crystals and that gave me both achievements. LOL! That is bizarre to me, as I thought I'd clicked all the links. I frag items, then go to the crystal shop to turn them in. I guess I was supposed to "Turn in Crystals" instead. Wow, I'm so lame.

And yeah, achievements can be super finicky to trigger. LOL sometimes it feels like some kind of magic spell - make sure you have this in your inventory/wardrobe/specific collection - make sure you go not only to this specific location, but do it following a certain chain of pages. And if you take every single step exactly right, maybe it will trigger. Other times you're wondering around doing stuff, minding your own business, and you suddenly get an event that you got an achievement! Shrug...
