I'm usually pretty good at sudoku but I always manage to play myself into a corner with subeku DX Lol is it just me? I've never finished a game

Edit: I figured out I just had to use some of the hints before starting... duh lol. I finished my first game!

One of the problems with using hints in this version of subeku is that the hints don't correct for errors. So you really need to do the "check" first and remove any red numbers before using hints. Or do the hints first before making any changes at all.

Yeah even the checks will only flag duplicate numbers. They won't tell you if you're setting yourself up to make the puzzle unsolvable as long as there are no duplicates yet. So I just started the game by adding a few hints and that was enough to not need hints for the rest of the game.

I was originally trying to play without using any hints until I realized the hints are the only difference between "very easy" and "hard." So I was like what's wrong here? Why can't I solve a very easy puzzle?
