Ok hear me out.... Ideas about items listed in main/special shops. I thought of this to bring convenience to all users who restock to sell or collect:

1. Gray out items that you already own when shopping from main and special shops, whether they are listed in your own selling shop/or gallery, your inventory/vault, pet TC, all other collections, your owned weapons stored in the Battle arena, and anywhere else you have an owned item stored. You can still purchase the grayed out item in shops, in the event you are collecting, or buying to restock. But the grayed out feature will help us from accidentally buying when we don't need to. Helps us to be more wise with our SP.

2. These owned items will NOT be grayed out in your OWN shops/galleries/collections/TCs, only in main/special shops, etc, when buying an item you already own.

3. You could do a hover over the item saying "you already own this item" and 'where' it's located WITH a hyperlink to said location.... in the pop up window listing description, price and rarity, instead of having to click on "account search" and it changing pages to show you where it's located.... is there a way to condense this to the pop up window?

Regarding the main shops specifically, the items in those shops are already displayed specifically to not show if an item is on your wishlist to prevent people from using it to help with restocking, so I feel like this kind of defeats the purpose of that.

For special shops, my main concern would be the immense amount of lag this could cause. Effectively, a feature like this would have to account search every single item visible on the page every time you load it (which would also be a complete nightmare for the main shops as well). A similar feature was removed from wishlists due to server strain, so I don't see it being likely that they would add it back elsewhere.

You can always use the hover in special currency shops and open the account search in a new tab. It's not quite as convenient but definitely easier on the servers

As much as I love this, it kind of defeats the purpose of restocking. I usually just click account search and go from there.

Does something like this already exist for foods eaten? That is a time sink for me.

yah I didn't think about lag time. That would be a big factor!
